Identifying your values

Axiology is the study of the values that we are governed by. It is one of the fields where we can extract the most knowledge about human behavior.

Values are not only related to ethics or morality, as it may seem at a glance. Values are everything that we consider most important; and they are different for each and everyone of us. Thus, your values dictate every decision that you make and every action that you carry out. Therefore, your values dictate your destiny.

Many of our values are unconscious ones. When the things that you do and the way that you behave is aligned with your values, life is usually good, and you feel satisfied and happy. But when the things that you do and the way that you behave is not aligned with your values, it is then that you feel that something is wrong and something is lacking. This can be a true source of unhappiness. And it is why it is so important to make a conscious effort to identify your values. This is the single most important underlying component of a meaningful life.

The aim of this workshop

•  The aim of this workshop is to acquire tools to live a more authentic and rich life, which is in harmony with who you really are.
• If we do not fill our lives with what we like to do, our lives get filled up with what we do not like to do. The irony is that it is just as easy to fill our day with things that we like to do as it is to fill it with things that we should not, do not need, or hate to do.
• Give yourself a chance in this workshop, to take active steps towards that which you like to do by determining your values, healing years of fears and doubts. Turn into an inspired person and wake up your authenticity.
• Regardless of how difficult a situation might be, if we live consistently with our values, we will feel happy and fulfilled.
