As we grow, we keep establishing our inner value system.

We tend to project our expectations on to other people and inject our values into their lives, wishing to change them. If we could just ”fix” them… everything would be perfect!

But each person has their own value system, and tries to remain faithful to it.

Our degree of depth in a given relationship depends on the extent to which we perceive that our values are being supported.

This is a fact that can be applied to partners, children, friends, as well as in business. Your connections with your clients, employees and managers can turn into complicated and vulnerable relationships if you do not take their values into account.

Efficient Communication

An authentic, loyal and trusting relationship is based on respecting the value system of your fellow man. When based on respect and acceptance of the singularity of each person, more efficient links and connections are created. And therefore, you manage to communicate more effectively.

If you want to convey what is important to you in a conversation or relationship without being censored by the other person or trying to be how the other person thinks you should be, this workshop is for you.

 The aim of this workshop:

In this workshop you will learn a new way of communicating by appealing to the values of the person in front of you. This is the pure definition of highly efficient communication.
